Top Tip
Thoracic spine stiffness is an established predictor of arterial stiffness; a thickening and stiffening of the heart wall and vessels. This can lead to increased blood pressure and risk of heart disease including heart attacks. Reduce those risks by mobilising the thoracic spine; especially into extension
