Beginning with an in-depth review, I assess where your hormonal landscape lies, and work with you to optimise areas of deficit through the foundational pillars, with easily implementable strategies. Inside your 3-month 1:1 coaching program with me, we start with a 90 minute in-depth assessment, followed by 4 x 30 min follow up sessions so that we can track your progress, adjusting and tweaking as appropriate; because every body is different, and your needs are bespoke.

As part of my signature framework, I will support and guide you and your hormonal landscape based on your symptoms, experiences and lifestyle, through coaching strategies, the latest evidence-based information, lifestyle adjustments which are easy to implement, and resources which you are able to keep and refer back to, so that you feel fully confident and empowered to embrace your menopause journey.

As a perimenopausal Mum of two little ones I get it; sometimes our hormones just don’t play ball, ultimately affecting how well we actually feel and function. I’ve been exactly where you are right now, and whilst I’m still perimenopausal, I’m also in a much happier and healthier place.

Sessions can be arranged in person for those who are local, or via secure video link if you’re further afield, with resources, tips and strategies suited to your specific needs and goals.
