The details of each specific service and the terms of delivery associated with it are described on each page of the website and delivered in accordance with these terms. You should review those terms in detail before purchasing.
If you purchase as a consumer, rather than a business, then should you change your mind following your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within the first 14 days, as long as that service has not begun. Should you receive any element of the service prior to requesting a refund then any refund will be issued pro-rata for the services provided. An additional administrative fee of £25 may apply.
Services which have been completed are not entitled to receive a refund; such as in the case of attending an appointment (online or in person). In this instance, an appointment which has been attended is considered a completed service, and is not eligible for a refund.
Purchase Terms for Classes
We offer a wide range of in person and online classes.
Please ensure that you attend the class at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class so that any modifications can be discussed and so that you can obtain key information about the class prior to starting.
Anyone attending later than five minutes after the start time may not be permitted entry to the class for their own safety and for the safety of, and to preserve the enjoyment of, other attendees. This remains at the discretion of the instructor. Fees for classes when there is late attendance will be forfeited.
Before taking part in any of our classes you must ensure that you wear suitable clothing including footwear as per booking email instructions, have a safe environment to exercise in (if taking part online) and you are free from injury and in good health. You will also need to have completed the health screen/consent form prior to participation. It remains your responsibility to update the instructor and Core Restore Physio & Fitness with any changes to your health and function.
If you have any health concerns, injuries or longstanding medical conditions you must notify the instructor at the beginning of the class and follow the modifications advised throughout the class.
If at any point during the class you feel unwell or light-headed you must stop exercising immediately and request assistance from the instructor.
You have the option to purchase classes on an individual basis or as a block of classes.
Should you make a block purchase you will receive credits for future classes. All credits must be used within the half-term purchased, as per invoice dates. Should you wish to cancel a class or non-attend, you are able to book an alternative class within the half-term of purchase, providing there is space for you to do so.
Credits will forfeited for cancellations or non-attendance, except where medical reasons preclude attendance, though this remains at the discretion of the instructor, and/or Core Restore Physio & Fitness. Refunds are available in accordance with your statutory rights.
