Pilates & Fitness Timetable

We offer a wide range of Physio-led Pilates classes for people of all skill levels and ages, including specialist classes catering for specific sports and mobility levels

Pilates classes are IN PERSON during school terms, or there is an online PRE-RECORDED library where you can work out at your own pace on your own terms at home with over 160 classes to choose from; you can find out more here

A pre-recorded set of Healthy HIIT Pilates classes are available to purchase separately. Please email me for more information

 

Bookings are essential.

If you’d like to attend more than one class per week, or come along with a family member (even if in different classes),  discounts are available for multibookings

Beginner Pilates 

There is also a pre-recorded BEGINNER PILATES course available to purchase here, which introduces you to Pilates Foundations, and comprehensively takes you through Beginner Pilates in shorter easy to follow videos; ideal for working out at home. This can be used as a stand-alone purchase, or as a springboard to enter a class at a higher level.

Fusion Fitness

Physio-led Strength & Conditioning classes specifically designed for women, to help sculpt and tone, without getting bulky, and of course to give you confidence with lifting weights, whilst participating in fun and progressive regimes.

 

Femme Fusion

Designed with midlife women in mind, this intermediate level class (some background fitness required), maximises the benefit of higher intensity workouts, such as increased fitness, fat-burning and strength, in order to influence bone & muscle strength; boost mood & confidence; influence perimenopause symptoms positively including hot flushes, sleep, brain fog and night sweats; improve heart & brain health and to hone technique and reduce injury risk. It’s short, sharp and fun, fitting perfectly into lunchtimes! Contact me to book your space 

 

Gold Fusion

Catering to women over 60, this beginner level class gives the maximum benefit of graded strength routines such as increased fitness, bone, tendon and muscle strength, and injury reduction risk, in order to influence longevity, quality of life, and balance, as well as boosting mood & confidence, and influencing post-menopausal health, including heart & brain health.
