Relax Restore Pilates & Wellbeing Retreat

Join us for our restorative weekend break, where you’ll be immersed in luxurious surroundings at the fantastic Grade II listed Rudby Hall in North Yorkshire, where we have exclusive use of the entire estate.

Participate in Physio-led Pilates, meditation sessions, wellness workshops, and enjoy delicious, healthy, whole-food meals, plus plenty of free time, which will allow you to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and simply relax, restore, and finish the weekend recharged


Unwind & Reset in Luxury Surroundings

With 13 luxury en-suite rooms and 10 acres of grounds to explore, you will have plenty of opportunity to fully relax, restore, and recharge at our stately home venue. This weekend is open to everyone, with no prior Pilates experience required, though is restricted to over 18s only.

There will be several Pilates classes, Wellbeing workshops, Mindfulness and Meditation sessions available over the duration of the Retreat. They are all optional. If you would rather have a lie in, or a walk in the grounds, or anything else when there is a class or workshop scheduled, that’s ok by us! 

If the full long weekend doesn’t suit you, feel free to travel to join us on Saturday and/or make your way home on Sunday, or whatever works best for you; our aim is to allow you to relax, recharge and come away from your time at Rudby Hall feeling more energised and focused. 

The Finer Details

Physio-led Pilates classes will be led by Cath, who has over 16 years of teaching experience, and over 20 as a Physiotherapist.

Mindfulness & Meditation sessions, and Wellbeing Workshops will be facilitated by Samantha, of Hypnoshift, whose vast experience caters to mental and emotional wellbeing. 

All meals are gluten free, whole-food and plant-based (not necessarily vegetarian). Snacks and desserts are also included as part of the menu, though do feel free to bring your favourite snacks along with you. If you have any dietary issues or concerns, please be in contact.

Cath & Sam both hold Food Safety Level 2 Certification

Alcohol and soft drinks aren’t included in the beverages available, but do feel free to bring your own.

You will need to bring your own Pilates mat and any props that you use (blocks, pillows etc), comfortable flexible clothing, outdoor shoes & clothing appropriate to the weather including wet-weather gear. There is no required dress code; you can be in PJs for dinner if you so wish! And of course, don’t forget your favourite book 🙂

Bookings & Costs

Early-bird until 16th Feb 2023: £485 (single occupancy) £620 (shared room)

After 16th Feb: £495 (single occupancy) £690 (shared room)

Shared room prices based on sharing with a friend/family member. You will not be asked to share a room with another attendee. 

Deposit: 50% of total cost. Full balance payment due by 17th March 2023 (8 weeks prior to Retreat)

Deposits are non-refundable, therefore, any cancellations will not include a return of the deposit.

Any cancellations made 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus the deposit and 10 percent administration charge. All cancellations after the 8-week period will not be refunded unless your space is filled.
