We can treat the majority of sprains, strains & injuries, or even those problematic aches and pains that you just can’t pinpoint how they started, plus Cath also specialises in working with midlife & menopausal women. Utimately, whatever your goal, we will help you achieve it, no matter how big or small. 

Pilates & Fitness

Physio-led Pilates & fitness encompasses all the things we love here at Core Restore: movement, strength, health & wellbeing, education, teaching & social interaction. Our popular Physio-led classes are available in person, with online options too if you’re not local, or prefer your workouts at home or on the move. Whether you prefer your workouts slower-paced and mindful, or higher intensity, we have you covered. 

Massage & Acupuncture

Want something a little different to traditional Physiotherapy? We often utilise acupuncture as an adjunct for pain relief, and/or offer specific massage appointments to help alleviate those aches and pains, or just for some TLC.


If you want to feel – and look – the best version of yourself, getting your nutrition right is a key lifestyle factor which can influence your overall health and wellbeing.

What works for one person, is entirely different to another, and my aim is to offer effective, science-based sustainable nutrition solutions. Most of all, food should be enjoyable; making changes to what, how, where, and why you eat can optimise not only your nutrition, but your health in the longterm, ensuring how you feel, sleep, move, and interact with others is optimised.

Womens Wellness

Women’s bodies and hormones work a little differently to a man’s. To coin a phrase from Dr Stacy Sims, “women are not small men”, and approaches to our health & wellbeing therefore need to fit our specific needs, and adapt to how they alter over our lifetime. My award-winning framework draws on 25 years experience and is backed by science. 

I have helped countless women in looking, feeling and moving better, and will help you combat weight issues, period problems, menopause symptoms, sleep quality, health & fitness goals.

Core Restore is BIGGER and BETTER!

Not local? Prefer to workout at home or on the move? Or wish to supplement your in-person classes with more workouts? We have a full range of online services, as well as our amazing one to one sessions.

Become a monthly or annual member to explore health & wellbeing content, delving further into specific topics (such as spine health, pelvic floor, stress, nutrition, strength, and much much more…). You’ll find videos to assist with your health and/or fitness, and bonus content like recommended recipes, or top tips. There’s also a Pilates only membership where you can access over 160 classes from the comfort of your own home, ranging from 10 – 60 minutes duration.

Or dive a little deeper and take one of the stand-alone courses. Each focuses on a specific area that we have developed due to demand, and will give you lifetime access to videos and all support material.
